Job summary

Monks is seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator to bridge the digital and production worlds, overseeing asset lifecycles and ensuring flawless distribution for bold brands. You will coordinate network clearance and work closely with Ad Ops and media agencies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience with content production and asset clearance processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented but able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced English communication; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create AD-IDs and naming conventions for digital video assets.
  • Obtain network clearance for assets through script, rough cut, and final stages.
  • Fill out and distribute traffic sheets for partner media agencies.
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops on Campaign Specification Documents (CSDs).
  • Upload and traffic creative assets into Tandem and Innovid distribution platforms.
  • Process vendor invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Compile and send talent reports to the Talent Manager as required.
  • Take on administrative tasks across the industry as needs evolve.

Digital Asset Coordinator

As a Digital Asset Coordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for all traffic-related needs across TV and Digital Media. This role provides a huge opportunity to adjoin the technical and production worlds, managing asset lifecycles and ensuring flawless distribution for brave, innovative brands.

As an organized and administrative specialist, you will be responsible for navigating network clearance and coordinating with media agencies and Ad Ops teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, hands-on, result-oriented, and able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines and high accuracy. In other words, a self-starter with a strong work ethic.

In this role you will:
  • Create AD-IDs for all assets and develop creative naming conventions for all digital video assets.
  • Manage and obtain Network Clearance for creative assets through every stage of development, from Script to Rough Cut and Final.
  • Accurately fill out and distribute traffic sheets for partner media agencies.
  • Collaborate and assist the Ad Ops team with CSDs (Campaign Specification Documents).
  • Upload and traffic creative assets directly into distribution platforms like Tandem and Innovid.
  • Process vendor invoices efficiently to ensure timely payments.
  • Compile and send talent reports to the Talent Manager whenever required.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on administrative tasks in new areas of the industry as needs evolve.
Experience you already have:
  • 1-2 years of professional experience as a Traffic Manager or in a similar role; agency experience is required, preferably within the digital production industry.
  • Solid experience with content, media production, and right clearance processes.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm to work collaboratively within a team, but also the independence to work with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced english with excellent written and verbal communication skills (any other language is a bonus).
  • Experience working with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Brands is considered a strong plus.
