Job summary

Flow Traders is seeking an experienced Digital Assets Compliance Officer to join our Regulatory Compliance team. You will focus on regulatory advisory, change management, and business-facing support across our Digital Assets activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in compliance for financial markets, with strong knowledge of MiCAR, AML, FATF Travel Rule, and MiFID II. You will help design regulatory frameworks and interact with regulators and market venues.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, or risk within financial markets, with a focus on digital assets.
• Extensive knowledge of MiCAR, AML/FATF, MiFID II and related EU/global developments.
• Ability to design and structure regulatory frameworks in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing and upcoming digital assets regulations (EU and global) and translate them into business requirements.
• Act as the primary compliance contact for digital assets trading teams and provide pragmatic guidance.
• Support new product launches, market expansions, and business development initiatives.
• Engage with regulators, exchanges, trading venues, and market infrastructure providers.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to digital assets activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for digital asset trading.
• Deliver compliance training focused on digital asset markets and products.
• Foster a strong compliance culture in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
