Job summary

DHL eCommerce in Amsterdam zoekt een energieke Warehouse Worker om dagelijkse taken uit te voeren zoals laden, lossen en sorteren van pakketten. Werkhouding is gericht op teamwerk, inzet en fysieke activiteit in een snelle omgeving.

De rol vereist minimale Engelse of Nederlandse taalvaardigheid, fysieke paraatheid en flexibiliteit in 2-ploegendienst. Werken in een dynamische logistieke omgeving met aantrekkelijke bonussen en reiskostenvergoeding.

Qualifications

• Basisvaardigheden in Engels of Nederlands.
• Fysiek in staat zwaar tillen en handmatige taken uit te voeren.
• Teamspeler met proactieve instelling.
• Bereid en in staat om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken (middag en nacht).
• Betrouwbaar en stipt — afhankelijkheid van het team.

Responsibilities

• Laden en lossen van pakketten.
• Sorteren van pakketten van alle vormen en groottes.
• Tijdens de dienst zorgen voor een vlotte en veilige workflow.

In this active role, you’ll be responsible for loading, unloading, and sorting packages of all shapes and sizes. Some are light and easy to handle, while others require a bit more muscle — perfect for those who enjoy physical work and staying on their feet.

Don’t worry if you only speak a little English or Dutch — basic communication is enough to get started. What really matters is your motivation, your ability to work hard, and your willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.

• Basic understanding of English or Dutch (low level is sufficient)
• Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Willing and able to work in a 2-shift rotation (afternoon, and night shifts)
• Reliable and punctual – your team depends on you!
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required

Wat wij bieden

• €14.99 per hour basic salary
• Night bonus! Get 112% extra for every hour worked between 18:00 and 20:00
• 125% between 20:00 - 24:00
• 130% between 00:00 and 07:00
• Weekend bonuses: +150% on Saturdays, +200% on Sundays
• Travel reimbursement of up to €13.80 per day
