Rabobank is building a scalable, developer-friendly Nexa platform and an ecosystem around it. You’ll help 8,000+ engineers design, build, and collaborate daily, owning the information needs of engineers across the platform.

You’ll join a fast-evolving, future-focused environment with a strong emphasis on automation, CI/CD, and scalable infrastructure. This hybrid role supports personal development budgeting and promotes innovation within the bank.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, System Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of Linux server environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk.
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
