Job summary

Fitura in Utrecht is seeking a Power Platform Security & Governance Engineer to shape secure low-code and AI growth within the Digital Collaboration Experience team. You will translate compliance and risk frameworks into technical controls across Power Platform, Power BI/Fabric, and Copilot Studio.

You will guide delivery teams migrating from Teams to Enterprise environments, update pipelines and security baselines, and expand governance across multiple platforms while collaborating with teams

Qualifications

• Solid background in Power Platform administration or engineering.
• Deep understanding of enterprise compliance, security, risk management, and SRMP frameworks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, IAM, RBAC, DLP, and cloud security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Transition Support: Provide hands-on technical guidance to teams migrating from Teams to Enterprise Power Apps environments, managing CI registrations, SRMP alignment, and security baselines.
• Technical Governance Implementation: Translate compliance, security, and IT guardrails into concrete technical controls, templates, and decision criteria for administrators and delivery teams.
• Platform Modernization & Security: Maintain platform security by updating DevOps pipelines, managing gateway servers, maintaining NPAs, monitoring vulnerability dashboards, and securing AI implementations (Copilot Studio).
• Multi-Platform Expansion: Further mature and expand governance, environment strategies, and compliance frameworks across Power Platform, Power BI, Fabric, and Copilot Studio.

For one of our market leading clients in Utrecht, I'm recruiting for DevOps Engineer.

Role Overview

As a Power Platform Security & Governance Engineer (36 hours/week within the Digital Collaboration Experience team), you will shape secure low-code and AI growth by translating compliance, security, and risk frameworks into practical technical controls. Overseeing a landscape of over 800 environments, you will guide delivery teams as they transition from Microsoft Teams environments to secure Enterprise environments, extending robust governance models to Power Platform, Power BI/Fabric, and Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Transition Support: Provide hands-on technical guidance to teams migrating from Teams to Enterprise Power Apps environments, managing CI registrations, SRMP alignment, and security baselines.

• Technical Governance Implementation: Translate compliance, security, and IT guardrails into concrete technical controls, templates, and decision criteria for administrators and delivery teams.

Your Profile:

• Experience & Technical Stack:

  • Solid background in Power Platform administration or engineering.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise compliance, security, risk management, and SRMP frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, IAM, RBAC, DLP, and cloud security concepts.
  • Prior experience with enterprise security and "in control" compliance processes is a strong asset (pré).

• Language & Soft Skills: Good English communication skills; pragmatic, analytical mindset; and a clear, collaborative communicator.
