Job summary

Digital Green B.V. in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the internal IT environment and drive reliability across Microsoft SaaS, Azure, and automation initiatives. You will work with autonomy and take responsibility for end-to-end IT infrastructure projects.

This role combines engineering, automation, and operations with a strong focus on proactive improvements. You will troubleshoot, optimize services, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with various teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in DevOps engineering, system administration or a similar role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SaaS and Azure environments.
• Automation and scripting experience, ideally using PowerShell.
• Experience with IT management tooling such as ManageEngine.
• Ability to work independently and own projects, with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

• Manage and improve Microsoft SaaS and Azure environment, with some AWS exposure.
• Automate recurring IT processes using ManageEngine, PowerShell and GitHub.

For a growing technology company, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the internal IT environment. You will work across Microsoft SaaS, Azure, automation and IT infrastructure, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

What will you do?

• Take ownership of the internal IT environment and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Manage and improve the Microsoft SaaS and Azure environment, with some exposure to AWS.
• Automate recurring IT processes using tools such as ManageEngine, PowerShell and GitHub.
• Work independently on IT projects, from identifying opportunities to implementation.
• Continuously improve the IT environment, processes and level of automation.
• Take responsibility for solving problems rather than simply handling tickets.
