Accenture Netherlands is seeking a mid-level Custom Software Engineering Team Lead/Consultant to join our Dutch delivery network in Amsterdam or other locations. You will drive DevOps innovation, implement scalable architectures, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

You'll work hands-on across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments, automate CI/CD, apply IaC and container platforms, and embed security and cost controls throughout delivery.

What you'll do:

• Implement scalable, secure DevOps architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Implement the secure integration of AI models, agents, and platforms with enterprise applications, data pipelines, and operational workflows.
• Hands-on development writing, reviewing, testing, and debugging code.
• Implement automated CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and container platforms.
• Contribute to the design of DevOps standards, governance, and reusable patterns that embed security, compliance, quality, and cost controls throughout the delivery lifecycle.
