GloPros, a Recruitment & Consulting company powered by an AI-platform, is seeking a freshly graduated designer for an internship that transitions to a Junior Designer within 3–6 months in Amsterdam.

You will work 32–40 hours per week on real in-market design, receive direct mentorship from our Content Manager and Marketing Manager, and build a portfolio featuring ads, landing pages, social content, and presentations, while helping integrate AI into our design process.

Formación

• A completed bachelor’s degree in graphic/communication design or related field.
• Portfolio shows real work across digital campaigns, social, and ideally web.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and the Adobe suite; Webflow is a plus.
• Genuine curiosity about AI design tools and their practical use.

Responsabilidades

• Produce daily design work: ad variants, social content, landing page assets, email designs, and presentation slides within the design system.
• Experiment with AI tools and build repeatable AI-driven workflows.
• Support the content team with quick-turnaround design requests and keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Keep everything on brand following the brand book.
• Iterate on performance by analyzing live results and improving next versions.
• Learn from campaigns and contribute fresh design/AI ideas.
• From junior onwards, own design production from brief to live and help shape the template kit with an external partner.
