Job summary

The Member Company in the Netherlands is seeking a skilled project engineer to drive the technical realization of overhead high-voltage grid projects. You will coordinate engineering activities, create and review calculations, tender specifications, schedules and budgets.

You will supervise designs from preliminary to final, assess materials via factory acceptance tests, and provide support during construction. You will participate in meetings with the project team, client and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities within projects and ensure mutual alignment so that all disciplines deliver on time and with quality
• Create and review calculations, designs, tender specifications, schedules, and budgets
• Responsible for tendering services, materials, and works
• Assess the quality of materials through factory acceptance tests
• Supervise technical designs (preliminary designs, detailed designs, and final designs) and ensure alignment with the assignment
• Provide support during the execution of construction activities
• Actively participate in meetings with the project team, client, and other stakeholders
• Share knowledge with peers and mentor juniors within the team

About this vacancy

Within the Lines team, you play a key role in the technical realization of projects for the overhead high-voltage grid. With your knowledge and experience, you can be the backbone of the team. You work at least twice a week at the office in Duiven, with the remaining days spent working from home or at the project location.
