Job summary

Tsmg is seeking Depot Specialists to support daily operations for Europe-wide AV and robotaxi fleets from a dedicated depot in Amsterdam. You will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, inspected, and ready for deployment, while coordinating movement, charging and staging with safety operators and technicians.

The role emphasizes hands-on depot work, strong organization, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Training will be provided for autonomous vehicle operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer literacy to complete digital checklists.

Responsibilities

• Prepare autonomous vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected, charged, and deployment-ready before each shift.
• Verify cameras, LiDAR, radar, mirrors, sensors, windows and interiors.
• Perform pre-deployment and post-shift vehicle inspections.
• Monitor battery levels and charging schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging and staging.
• Assist with vehicle dispatch and return processes.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, PPE and charging accessories.
• Complete digital inspection checklists and fleet readiness reports.
• Record vehicle status and charging information.
• Support continuous improvement to increase fleet availability and reduce downtime.
