Job summary

The Schans Dentists in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced dentist to join a modern practice with eight treatment rooms and a dedicated team focused on patient-friendly care. You will diagnose, treat, and manage a diverse patient population while contributing to smooth daily schedules.

The ideal candidate is BIG-registered, autonomous, and eager to continue learning, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Fluency in Dutch and English preferred.

Qualifications

• BIG-registered and experience as a general practitioner.
• Independent and proactive with patient-centered care.
• Willingness to contribute to daily scheduling and patient experience.
• Interest in implantology referrals when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent consultations within general dentistry.
• Diagnose and treat a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic colleagues.
• Support smooth daily scheduling and patient flow.
• Suggest process improvements for patient experience.
• Refer complex cases within the practice when needed.
