Job summary

JD Logistics, part of JD.com, is hiring a delivery station team member to support daily operations at our Amsterdam facility. You will lead a small team, allocate tasks, monitor dispatch, and ensure safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean, efficient working environment.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics or warehouse settings, good teamwork and communication, and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the delivery station.
• Lead and guide a team during your shift.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
• Assist with team briefings and ensure all staff follow safety and quality standards.
• Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
• Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.
