Job summary

CYS Group is hiring a Head of Delivery to ensure every customer project is delivered on time, within scope and with strong margins. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of consultants, PMs and support staff, shape scalable delivery processes, and drive AI-enabled improvements while maintaining high client satisfaction.

You will manage relationships at board level, translate quotes into precise project plans, and collaborate with Product & Support teams to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in delivery, software implementation or SaaS onboarding.
• 2–3 years leading consultants, project managers or technical specialists.
• Fluent Dutch and fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for customer projects and services.
• Translate quotations into project plans with scope, hours, milestones.
• Manage project margins and make timely decisions on additional work.
• Build and scale a delivery organisation with standard building blocks and reusable configs.
• Lead AI-enabled delivery improvements while ensuring accuracy in data and reports.
• Maintain direct customer relationships and conduct business reviews at board level.
