Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in the Netherlands is seeking a friendly Deli Host to greet customers, answer questions about menu offerings, and keep the deli, coffee, and fountain areas clean and well-stocked. No experience? No problem—we’ll teach you and help you grow.

You’ll prepare salads, sandwiches, and other deli items according to guides, follow food safety rules, and may cross-train in other store roles. This on-site role requires the ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we will teach you.
• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
• Assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.
