Job summary

DEKRA Rail in Veghel is seeking a Vehicle Control Employee to inspect cars for damage and features. You will use a tablet to record findings, follow a fixed route and schedule, and work with a team to ensure many vehicles are checked accurately.

Hours are negotiable, including options around school hours and partial weeks. You do not need to be a car mechanic; a curious, punctual, and careful mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Not required to be a technical expert but must be curious, punctual and careful.
• Able to work with a tablet and follow a fixed inspection process.
• Fluent enough in Dutch to understand tablet instructions and communicate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cars using a fixed checklist around exterior, interior and simple technical points.
• Spot scratches, missing parts or lights that should not be on.
• Follow a fixed route and schedule, taking photos and ticking off inspections on the tablet.
• Move around the vehicle actively; avoid desk work and stay on your feet.
• Collaborate with colleagues as vehicles come in and ensure thorough checks.

You will work with a tablet where you can easily record your checks and findings. You take photos and check off your inspections on a tablet;Stay active: You walk, look, inspect, and process your findings.
