Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to coordinate deployment projects in a fast-paced data center environment at Schiphol, Netherlands. You will act as the primary on-site liaison between operations, technicians, vendors and partners, ensuring safety, quality and on-schedule delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple data center deployment projects simultaneously.
• Create and manage end-to-end project plans.
• Coordinate site mobilization activities following handover to Data Center Operations.
• Track project progress and ensure activities are completed on schedule.

• Manage Smart Hands resources, vendors, and technical teams supporting project execution.
• Conduct regular project reviews, provide status updates, and monitor project quality.
• Identify risks, gaps, issues, and dependencies and drive them to resolution.
• Review schedules proactively and manage competing priorities.
• Support capacity expansion initiatives, site launches, infrastructure refreshes, and decommissioning activities.
• Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with safety and security requirements.
