Job summary

Maintec in Schijndel is seeking a Wood Machine Operator to operate CNC machines, panel saws, planers and cross-cut saws for customized wooden packaging. You will follow drawings, ensure quality, and maintain a safe work environment.

The position offers a day shift, Monday to Friday, with a gross hourly wage of €17.24, weekly payments, and strong long-term growth prospects. Pension starts from day one, and accommodation with a private room is provided when applicable.

Qualifications

• Good general technical knowledge is required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience as CNC Operator, Saw Machine Operator, or with woodworking machinery.
• English language skills at B1/B2 level.
• Forklift certificate is preferred.
• Valid driving licence and EU citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate woodworking machines.
• Operate CNC machines and industrial saws.
• Work according to technical drawings and measurements.
• Check drawings and specifications for accuracy.
• Monitor the machining process and product quality.
• Keep the workplace safe and organized.
