Job description

Are you looking for a job as a Production Operator in the concrete production sector in Koudekerk aan den Rijn? As a Production Operator, you help ensure that prefabricated concrete elements are processed safely and efficiently.

You will work full time between 07:00 and 16:00. The starting salary is €2,800 gross per month, with the prospect of a permanent contract. Salary may rise to €3,800 gross per month and future shift work may increase earnings up to €4,560 gross per month.

• Operating and setting up production machines.
• Monitoring the production process and identifying deviations.
• Performing quality checks during the production process.
• Solving minor malfunctions and coordinating with the technical department when needed.

You will be working for our client, a production company within the construction industry focused on manufacturing prefab building elements. At the production location in Koudekerk aan den Rijn, you will work together with colleagues in a technical and hands‑on environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are central.

• Salary up to €3,800.00 per month.
• From December: shift work with earnings up to €4,560.00 per month, including extra allowances.
• Fulltime job (40 hours per week).
• Working hours: 07:00-16:00.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km.
• 3.5% year-end bonus.
• 37 vacation days (including ADV) and 8% holiday pay.
• Chance for a permanent contract.
• Opportunity to get your crane certificate and/or forklift certificate.
