Kramp seeks an applied AI specialist to lead product content automation using LLMs and AI agents. You translate business challenges into practical solutions and collaborate with Product Content Automation and Engineering to deploy on Google Cloud.
You design, build and evaluate AI-powered workflows that extract, enrich, classify and generate product data, ensuring secure, reliable production systems.
At Kramp, we are continuously improving how we manage and use product information across our organization and for our customers. In this role, you will lead the applied AI capability for product content automation. You will translate business challenges into practical solutions using large language models, AI agents and intelligent workflows. The focus is on applying and improving existing models—not training new machine-learning models—and working with internal engineers to deploy successful solutions securely and reliably on Google Cloud.
You will design, build, evaluate and improve LLM-powered solutions that support product content processes, such as extracting, enriching, classifying, validating and generating product information. Working closely with Product Content Automation team, business stakeholders, and internal engineering specialists, you will take ideas from an initial problem through experimentation and validation to production use.
You will join the newly established Product Content Automation team, consisting of a Team Lead, Data Analyst and Data Scientist. Accurate and complete product content is essential to helping customers find and select the right parts from 3.5 million highly technical and diverse products. The team develops smart automation and AI solutions to maintain this content at scale, working closely with business stakeholders across Kramp.
You are an experienced applied AI specialist or data scientist with a strong engineering mindset. You combine hands‑on knowledge of LLM applications with pragmatic business judgment and a systematic approach to quality.
At Kramp, we believe meaningful rewards help people grow, perform and thrive. Our reward package is designed to be fair, transparent, and competitive, giving you confidence and support to do your best work.
