Qualifications

• Master’s degree in quantitative or STEM field (Data Science, Statistics, CS, Math, Physics).
• Internships/projects/research showing data modeling and insight extraction.
• Growth mindset with ownership and value creation.
• Strong communication and collaborative spirit in teams.
• Fluency in English; Dutch a plus; willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive data & AI projects forward—analyze data, build models, deliver insights.
• Apply cutting-edge ML techniques to real-world problems.
• Develop algorithmic solutions and transform business processes.
• Collaborate with client and Rewire teams; enable cross-functional delivery.
