Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Data Quality Specialist to support the Technical Product Manager and engineering teams in building the Enterprise Data Quality capability. You will help adopt Data Quality tooling across business units, write playbooks, define metrics, and document dashboards.

The role requires hands-on data quality experience and strong communication to influence both technical and business stakeholders. This position emphasizes practical expertise over theory and is based in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Technical background in data engineering, governance, or data management.
• Proven hands-on experience with Data Quality.
• Experience with at least one Data Quality tool (Monte Carlo, Great Expectations, Ataccama, Validio, Collibra DQ, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and produce documentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.

Data Quality Specialist The Data Quality Specialist shall support the Technical Product Manager and the engineering team in building and establishing the Enterprise Data Quality capability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Data Quality tooling adoption across the Business Units
• Creation of the Data Quality playbooks (user documentation) for available tooling
• Contribute to Data Quality metrics definition
• Reporting and dashboarding documentation for Data Quality

Experience

• Technical background (coming from data engineering, data governance or data management)
• Proven hands‑on experience with Data Quality
• Experience with at least one Data Quality tool from the market (Monte Carlo, Great Expectations, Ataccama, Validio, Acceldata, Collibra DQ, etc.)
• Ability to analyze and produce documentation
• Good communication skills and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
