Job summary

Adaptfy, a joint venture formed by SHV and Metyis, is seeking a seasoned Data & Analytics leader to drive product development and client implementations across Europe and beyond. You will own product roadmaps, run workshops, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable business impact while collaborating with senior leaders.

The role requires strong data analytics experience, project leadership, and proficiency in SQL and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, technology, or consulting delivery with 1+ year in a lead role
• 2+ years delivering data analytics solutions with cloud exposure
• Degree in a quantitative field or MBA
• Experience owning products and managing backlogs with stakeholder alignment
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and running scrum teams
• Strong business acumen and problem solving in client contexts
• Basic SQL skills and comfort with multidimensional data sets
• Knowledge of data warehousing, BI, and AI trends
• Excellent communication in English; other EU languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Data & Analytics products and client implementations
• Lead projects and client interactions and manage workshops/discovery sessions
• Define product requirements and shape roadmaps for measurable business impact
• Develop viable project execution plans with multiple stakeholders
• Oversee sprint goals, progress, risks, and on-time delivery
• Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap to stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects and developers
• Support adoption of solutions to drive process improvements and ROI
• Travel as needed for client projects
• Assist sales with proposals and case studies
