Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Zoetermeer, NL is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for a part-time permanent on-site role supporting mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities. You will perform hardware installations, cabling, server racking, and rack labeling, with on-call rotation and standard hours.

Strong English communication and ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Preferred certifications (CDCP/CDCS or CCNA/CompTIA Network+) and experience with DCIM/ticketing systems

• 2+ years data center or IT infra experience.
• Experience with structured cabling (copper and fiber).
• Server hardware experience (Dell, HP, Supermicro).
• Professional communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
