Job summary

Delta Group in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Key Account client projects within the EMEA region. You will coordinate with Delta colleagues and local partners to ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, and client needs.

The role requires 2–4 years in ICT project management, strong English, excellent communication, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams; PMP/PRINCE II is a plus and business travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of ICT project management experience, especially for power infrastructure.
• English is mandatory; other European languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Familiar with the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
• Willing to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Manage resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Control changes to scope, schedule and costs with proper verification.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report to management and escalate when needed.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to clarify requirements and ordering briefs.
• Track performance and ensure achievement of short and long-term goals.
• Develop plans to share with clients and staff; prepare status reports.
• Attend conferences and training to maintain proficiency.
• Travel as required by project needs.
