Job summary

Google LLC in the Netherlands is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to delivery in data center power systems. You will coordinate requirements, risks, schedules, and communications across engineering and operations teams.

The role requires expertise in power generation, transmission, and substations, and the ability to engage with Dutch, Swedish, and Finnish counterparts while building governance dashboards for program visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience originating, negotiating, and structuring power agreements for industrial facilities (as an end user, TSO/DSO, or consultant).
• Experience in program or technical project management.
• Experience planning power transmission and substation infrastructure projects, capacity reservation processes, and TSO/DSO business models.
• Experience in power generation, transmission, substation technologies and emerging utility trends for industrial loads.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish in a data center power context.
• Plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and executives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions (EMEA) to drive program impact.
