Qualifications
- Deep expertise in networking fundamentals (routing & switching, TCP/IP, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN).
- Strong experience building and maintaining data center networks and automation stacks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliability, stability, and availability of Booking.com’s global data center network.
- Operate, maintain, and improve large-scale network infrastructure across multiple data centers.
- Automate provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring (Python/Unix/Linux).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and troubleshoot networking solutions for private cloud and virtualization.
- Own and evolve zero-touch provisioning and automated configuration workflows.
- Monitor and optimize network performance and minimize downtime.
- Work with multi-vendor environments, coordinating incident management and resolution.
- Engage with vendors/partners for network support and escalations.
