Job summary

Google LLC in the Netherlands is hiring a Data Center Maintenance Planner to lead maintenance planning and CMMS-driven workflows for mission-critical data centers. You will coordinate with site management and technicians to prioritize work, develop job plans, define parts and materials, and ensure safe, efficient schedules.

You will administer the CMMS program to manage equipment records, PMs, and safety data, while guiding preventive maintenance improvements and work management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Certification (NL: MBO-4) or other verifiable training in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Refrigeration, Process and Operations, Maritime.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• 1 year of experience working with a CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
• Experience in computerized maintenance management system, preventative maintenance, maintenance, scheduling, stakeholder management, KPI management, business continuity, project planning, resource management, program management.
• Ability to communicate in Dutch and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and PM schedules.
• Manage the process of launching our CMMS and work management processes at the site level to be used in the daily operation of the data center.
• Drive CMMS data integrity by auditing work order completion data, root‑cause coding, and asset history to improve scheduling accuracy and forecast reliability.
• Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors. Ensure the streamlined scheduling, preparation, and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on mission‑critical assets. Liaise between internal operational teams, technicians, and external contractors to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and operational continuity.
