Zusammenfassung

Linnk Group is seeking a Resident Engineer to join the Professional Services team, focused on a single customer. You will be the primary technical contact for Advanced Services, working daily with the customer and gaining access to production equipment.

You will act as a Juniper expert for data center networking, support design and testing, and collaborate with internal and outsourcing partners to ensure high-quality engineering outcomes. English and local language communication are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Typically 6+ years’ experience in data center routing, switching, and network architecture.
• Proven ability to develop test automation and write Python scripts.
• Up to 10% travel to customer sites; 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Juniper products in data center networking.
• Provide primary technical support for break/fix activities and diagnostics.
• Advise customers on Junos configurations and network design.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and partners involved in engineering design.
• Review designs for compliance with technology standards and provide feedback.
• Contribute engineering leadership to cross-organizational projects.
• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into projects.
• Mentor and guide junior staff members.
