Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Data Transfer Coordinator to manage daily electronic devices and servers, oversee data transfer operations in the assigned region and globally as needed.

You will monitor asset availability, ensure process compliance, maintain inventory dashboards, and coordinate with software, hardware, and logistics teams to keep data flows secure and efficient.

The Data Transfer Coordinator is responsible for handling electronic devices and operating servers daily while overseeing data transfer operations within an assigned region and globally as needed. This includes monitoring physical asset availability, ensuring process compliance, managing inventory via dashboards, and liaising with software, hardware, and logistics teams.

Candidate qualification:

• High school graduate or equivalent;
• 2-4 years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination domain;
• Min. of 1-2 years of experience in operating and troubleshooting physical hardware;
• Tech savvy Knowledge about how to handle data center issues;
• Intermediary in Excel;
• Client Management experience would be a plus;
• Mandatory BGV clearance
