Job summary

ING in Amsterdam offers an internship within the Scalable Data & Analytics Services team to design and optimize data-driven operating models for scalable service delivery. You will gain exposure to strategic planning, analytics, automation, and capacity management in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in automation, operating models, workforce planning, and business analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the automation of the SDAS charging model by developing analytical solutions and process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase transparency.
• Assist in building analytical models that connect service demand and consumption with capacity planning requirements.
• Assist in creating dashboards and reporting solutions that provide insights into service consumptions and charging outcomes.
• Develop reports, visualizations, and presentations that support strategic decision making.
• Work closely with Product Leads, Capability Leads, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions for scaling of services.
