You build scalable data models and pipelines that empower business users, analysts, and data scientists to do their best work. With strong roots in engineering and a keen eye for business logic, you ensure that the right data reaches the right people - in the right format.

From transforming spreadsheets into governed pipelines to enabling self-service platforms with tools like dbt, Snowflake, and Power BI, you’ll play a key role in creating data platforms that are both robust and insightful.

Our culture is built on a foundation of open sharing, embracing agility, and the confidence to challenge assumptions. If you thrive on collaboratively turning complexity into clarity and proactively seeking better ways, this role is for you.

Are you ready to take on this challenge?

In this role, you’ll partner with clients across industries to design and implement analytics infrastructures that support real-time insights and decision making. You’ll help shape data strategies, translate stakeholder needs into actionable models, and drive adoption through excellent documentation and visualization.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain scalable, governed data models using tools like DBT, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  • Optimize data workflows for performance, usability, and cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with business users to understand analytics needs and create semantic layers that support them.
  • Develop and manage self-service analytics platforms with tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to align on infrastructure and governance.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling visual dashboards.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, standards, and team learning.
What You Bring To The Table
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong IT/ICT component.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (or Spark) for data processing and transformation.
  • Experience with DBT and cloud data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Azure Data Factory and/or Fabric).
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, designing and maintaining scalable, reusable, and reliable data models.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and deployment pipelines is a plus, as well as self service analytics enablement or Agentic Analytics.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and managing expectations.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (required for this role).
What’s in it for you
  • A monthly salary between €3.800 - €6.200 per month (based on 40 hours and excluding vacation allowance)
  • €5.000 annual development budget
  • 25 vacation days to fully recharge
  • Secondary benefits such as pension, flexible working options (in terms working location) and the possibility to take unpaid leave
  • Memorable company trips (Berlin this year!)
