Job summary

Sia is a next-generation global management consulting group seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant to join the Amsterdam Data Science team. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers on client projects, delivering insights that translate into business impact across multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes analytical problem solving, behavioral leadership, and the ability to present complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Completed WO Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field of study.
• You are a young graduate or already have several years of experience in a similar position.
• Good skills in Python and at least one other analytical language (e.g. R, SQL)
• Experience with data visualization and reporting (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques or optimization is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sia consultants on assignments with an analytical challenge.
• Identify business problems by extracting, interpreting and explaining insights from data.
• Develop statistical and analytical methods to solve specific operational problems.
• Ensure that the deep insights generated from advanced analytics translate into business impact.
• Present results and conduct workshops at customer sites

What You Are Going To Do

As a Data & Analytics Consultant, you will work with our Data Scientists, Data Engineers and other consultants at Sia, on various client projects in multidisciplinary teams. You will use your analytical mindset and data skills to solve complex business problems and deliver actionable insights.
