As Program Manager Dare to Care, Heerema’s global safety culture program, you step into a highly visible, full time role at the heart of our safety mindset. You are the driving force behind Dare to Care, strengthening safety leadership, behaviour and ownership across vessels, yards and offices worldwide. This role is designed for experienced HSE professionals or high potential profiles who want to broaden their strategic influence, operate at enterprise level, and prepare for future (HSE) leadership roles. Working closely with senior management, you help translate safety ambition into daily practice and visible leadership.
This role is an intentional steppingstone within Heerema, offering significant impact on safety culture while building a strong internal network and broad organizational exposure. You bring credible safety awareness, learning agility and ambition to grow. You are personally committed to safety and comfortable operating between strategy and practice. You will be supported by the Manager HSE and experienced specialists while working closely with senior stakeholders in an international setting.
You will work closely with the VP QHSE, Manager HSE, Heerema leaders, Dare to Care facilitators, and colleagues across Heerema vessels, yards and offices worldwide.
