Job summary

UPS in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, is seeking a Dangerous Goods Auditor to ensure shipments meet safety and regulatory standards for road and air transport. The role involves independent work, collaboration with Sales and customers, and a focus on preventing non-compliance.

Your duties include auditing DG shipments, identifying risks, and supporting investigations, all while maintaining a culture of safety and compliance. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Dutch a plus but not required.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and proficiency with other MS Office tools.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work evenings; core hours 15:00–23:00.
• Structured and compliance-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Audit DG shipments for compliance with road (ADR) and air (IATA) regulations.
• Identify and address potential compliance risks with internal teams and customers.
• Act as a key contact for DG compliance questions and escalation points.
• Support investigations into non-compliance incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to a culture of safety awareness and compliance throughout the operation.
