Job summary

FrieslandCampina operates a large cheese packaging and slicing center in Leerdam and is seeking an experienced operator to manage the cutting line and oversee multi-cheese production across three shifts.

The role requires HACCP-driven quality checks, routine machine maintenance, data logging, packaging folio changes, and a clean, safe work environment during changeovers. Full-time over a 3-shift system with a proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an operator (preferably in the dairy industry).
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and quality control.
• Available full-time for a 3-shift system.
• Accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire cutting line with a separate knife for each cheese type to ensure efficient production.
• Identify technical malfunctions and discuss with team or technical experts.
• Perform periodic maintenance to keep machines in top condition.
• Check product quality in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Record all relevant production data.
• Folio change: ensure packaging materials are replaced correctly and on time.
• Hygiene: clean machines and the workplace during product changes.
