ITProposal is seeking an experienced CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation, administration, and optimization of a centralized Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment in Amsterdam. The role covers on‑premises, hybrid, and multi‑cloud infrastructures, ensuring secure privileged access for enterprise systems.

Start date is immediate for a 6‑month contract, with 6–8 years of CyberArk PAM experience preferred.

• 6–8 years CyberArk PAM experience.
• Hands-on CyberArk Core PAS experience.
• Onboard Windows, SSH, databases and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support CyberArk Core PAS.
• Configure Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, CP & CCP.
• Implement centralized PAM across on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
• Enable and manage privileged access for personal and service accounts.
• Perform CyberArk component upgrades and DR failover/failback activities.
• Onboard Windows, SSH, database, and web application accounts into CyberArk.
• Troubleshoot PAM platform issues and connectors.
• Contribute to PAM architecture decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver secure access solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation, administration, and optimization of a centralized Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment. This role involves working across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud infrastructures while ensuring secure privileged access for enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support CyberArk Core PAS solutions.
• Configure and manage Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, CP & CCP components.
• Implement and support centralized PAM across on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
• Enable and manage privileged access for personal and non-personal (service) accounts.
• Perform CyberArk component upgrades and manage DR failover/failback activities.
• Onboard Windows, SSH, database, and web application accounts into CyberArk.
• Troubleshoot PAM platform issues, custom connectors, and user onboarding challenges.
• Contribute to PAM architecture decisions and continuous platform improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver secure access solutions.

Essential Skills
