FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international BPO. Whether you're already in Portugal or planning a move, a full relocation package is provided, including flight tickets and help with housing, with both on-site and remote options within Portugal.

• With accommodation: €1,500 gross/month
• Without accommodation: €1,220 gross/month

What will you actually do?

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
