Job summary

Durabel Recruitment B.V. is hiring for a role at a brand-new cultivation location in Velden, with a gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,500 for a full-time position in a modern greenhouse setting.

You will care for crops, support sowing and cultivation, process seeds, check crop quality, and contribute ideas to improve cultivation processes. A practical mindset and a driving licence B are required, along with Dutch, English, and German language skills.

Qualifications

• MBO level education or equivalent required.
• Practical and accurate working attitude.
• Flexibility to take on different tasks.
• Driving licence B required.
• Good command of Dutch, English and German.

Responsibilities

• Caring for, planting, weeding, and harvesting crops in the greenhouse.
• Supporting sowing and cultivation activities in the greenhouse.
• Processing seeds and trial materials.
• Checking crop quality and consistency.
• Contributing ideas for improvements in the cultivation process.
