Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (YME) invites you to join our Corporate Social Responsibility team at Schiphol‑Rijk for a 6‑month CSR internship.

You will work across environmental, social and governance projects, reporting to the CSR Department Manager and gaining insight into sustainability in a multinational brand. We seek a motivated Bachelor’s or Master’s student in sustainability or related fields who can commit to five days per week (two days in the office) and proficiently use MS Office;

Qualifikationen

• Registered Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in sustainability, business or related field.
• Available for 5 days a week, including at least 2 days a week in the office for 6 months.
• Excellent command of written and spoken professional English - other European languages are a plus.
• Prior work experience is appreciated, but not required.
• Good proficiency in MS Office.
• This position is suitable for thesis/research project – this needs to be agreed in advance.

For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V.(YME), located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a CSR Intern in our Corportae Social Responsibility (CSR) Department.

About the role:

During your internship, you will join the CSR organisation and support the team on various ad-hoc projects. This position offers valuable insights into the operations of a large multinational company and established brand, specifically regarding its sustainability strategy. You will report directly to the CSR Department Manager.

Your responsibilities:

Environmental area

• Support the team with data processes and data readiness for CSRD. Contribute to the preparation of documentation and reports to strengthen organizational transparency and accountability.

Social area

• Assist the CSR team in implementing a major Pan-European project in 2027.
• Participate in coordinating the social event agenda in 2027.

Governance area

• Attend regular meetings to track progress and provide input on governance initiatives.
