Overview
Lead crop strategy and portfolio management across North, Central and South America. As Crop Coordinator at Rijk Zwaan, you connect markets, products and people in an international horticultural setting where your impact is visible and valued.
Responsibilities
- Developing and coordinating the commercial introduction and trial plans per market segment, including sales objectives and forecasts for commercial and pre‑commercial varieties
- Actively gathering market and product insights together with a strong network of crop specialists, contributing to commercial strategies and breeding policies
- Identifying opportunities for new product development
- Advising the Strategic Crop Team on current activities and future directions
- Acting locally as client manager for key Brassica accounts
- Leading special local projects that add value across the entire value chain, connecting crop and local organizations
Qualifications
- A completed master’s degree in agriculture, such as horticulture or biology
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, horticulture and/or product management
- Solid knowledge of vegetable crops

Location: Based in The Netherlands. International travel is required. Fluency in English is necessary; speaking Spanish is a plus.
