Job summary

Yellowgrape is seeking a Junior/Medior CRO Consultant to optimize e-commerce websites for Dutch and international clients. The role emphasizes hypothesis validation via A/B testing, qualitative and quantitative research, and growth of the CRO process.

You will specialize in UX, data analysis, or psychology, working in a dynamic team across Amsterdam and Berlin, with a salary ranging from €36,000 to €57,600 gross per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in business administration or communications, or equivalent professional ability.
• 1-2 years of CRO or related online marketing experience.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and web analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable UX improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CRO website scans to identify strengths and weaknesses from client briefs.
• Analyze visitor behavior using data sources to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Perform quantitative data analysis in Google Analytics 4.
• Set up and conduct qualitative research: surveys, remote tests, heatmaps.
• Create test plans translating hypotheses into concrete designs.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests across devices with front-end support.
• Analyze test results and prepare evidence-backed reports for clients.
• Present findings and persuade clients to implement adjustments.
• Contribute to expanding Yellowgrape's CRO services and mindset.
