Job summary

Yellowgrape is seeking a Junior/Medior CRO Consultant to optimize e-commerce sites for Dutch and international clients. You’ll validate hypotheses, run tests, and conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to deliver real impact.

You will specialize in CRO areas such as UX, data analysis, qualitative research, or psychology, and grow in a client-facing consulting role with opportunities to guide clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in business administration or communications or equivalent.
• 1–2 years CRO or online marketing experience.
• Experience with A/B testing tools (Varify, VWO, Optimizely) and GA4.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Dutch (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Perform CRO website scans to identify strengths and weaknesses from client briefings.
• Analyze visitor behavior and identify pain points and opportunities.
• Conduct quantitative data analysis in Google Analytics 4.
• Set up and conduct qualitative research: surveys, remote user tests, heatmaps.
• Create test plans translating hypotheses into design and implementation.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests across devices with front-end support.
• Analyze test results and advise on adjustments with supporting evidence.
• Present reports and persuade clients to implement recommendations.
• Guide clients toward an experiment-driven mindset and expand business with clients.
