B&S Beauty is seeking an Assistant Credit Controller to help assess new business relationships, verify customer data and monitor credit risks within the established risk appetite. You will collect and analyse relevant customer and financial data and report insights to senior colleagues.

You will support the Finance team by identifying deviations, preparing clear risk, data and management reports, and translating analyses into practical recommendations for managers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, Risk Management, Data Analytics or a comparable field.
• One to three years of relevant work experience in credit risk, compliance, customer acceptance or a comparable analytical role.
• Knowledge of risk management, risk analysis and financial processes.
• Experience with collecting, processing, analysing and interpreting data and identifying patterns, trends and deviations.
• Proficiency in risk and scenario analysis, forecasting, statistical techniques and formulating well-founded recommendations.
• Experience with database, reporting and analytical tools, as well as a good command of Excel and other commonly used office software. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch and the ability to liaise easily with various internal stakeholders.

• Support the careful assessment of new business relationships by collecting, verifying and analysing relevant customer and financial data.
• Check customer data for completeness, accuracy and currency, and identify deviations in a timely manner.
• Monitor risk parameters and credit risks, identify deviations and report them to senior colleagues.
• Support the analysis and assessment of whether credit risks fall within the established risk appetite.
• Collect and analyse data to provide insight into trends, patterns and risks within business relationships and the customer portfolio.
• Contribute to clear risk, customer data and management reports to support decision-making.
• Translate analyses into well-founded recommendations and advise managers on the application of existing procedures and precedents.
• Prepare documentation and reports and carefully summarise the required customer and risk data.
• Identify and report non-compliance with policies, procedures, regulations or codes of conduct and escalate where necessary.
• Contribute to improving processes and systems for reliable customer data and controlled credit risks.
