Job summary

Iris van Herpen seeks a highly talented Personal Assistant / Designer to work closely with the artist across creative and operational facets of the maison. Qualifications

• Outstanding illustration skills (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• A designer with a couture mindset and close collaboration with Iris van Herpen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with Iris on design, sketching, and garment evolution in the atelier.
• Create high-quality design sketches and digital illustrations that reflect the Iris van Herpen aesthetic.
• Assist in development of couture pieces and support Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture shows.
• Work on international collaborations, traveling exhibitions, and prepare visual documents for partners.
• Provide high-level organizational support to ensure seamless creative flow and backstage preparations.
