Job summary

JLL is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to work on several Corporate Office and Commercial sector Interior / Fit Out / Refurbishment projects. The role is on-site in Amsterdam, bringing expertise in take-offs, budgets, procurement, and cost management to support project teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong collaboration skills and be able to review costs in line with budgets while representing the company professionally at all times.

Responsibilities

• Excellent take-off skills are required from both accuracy and speed perspectives.
• Preparation of Budget estimates.
• Preparation of procurement documentation.
• Tender evaluations.
• Preparation of contract Documents.
• Reviewing and negotiating prices with Contractors.
• Review costs in conjunction with budgets.
• Price and check additional works as required and complete relevant paperwork.
• Attending design team meetings.
• Be a strong team player and have the willingnesss to learn.
• Represent the company professionally and diligently at all times.
