Job summary

MSD Netherlands in Haarlem is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the COSI Finance team, focusing on inventory, production and product cost data, and supporting the monthly close across global branches.

The role delivers end-to-end cost accounting and compliance, drives cost control improvements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment. A finance degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience are required, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in finance, business, administration or economics.
• 2–3 years of relevant finance experience in manufacturing/production, analytics or cost accounting.
• Experience with SAP production analysis and US GAAP accounting.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, review, and report inventory, production and product cost data.
• Support monthly close and management cycles for multiple branches.
• Deliver end-to-end cost accounting, compliance, and finance support.
