What You’ll Be Doing

Operate control room systems (DCS) to monitor multiple gas production locations (manned/unmanned)
Start-up/shutdown production assets and run emergency systems independently
Log and report production data, rates, alarms, and system issues
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to report and resolve malfunctions
Conduct site safety visits, work permit supervision, and first-line HSE incident reporting
Participate in daily shift handovers, team briefings, and emergency response drills

What You Bring

MBO-level technical education (electrical, process, mechanical) and/or VAPRO level B or higher
1–5 years’ experience in energy, oil & gas, or heavy industry operations
Fluent Dutch; able to communicate in English at a basic level
Familiar with DCS systems and safety protocols
Comfortable working in a 5-shift rotating schedule (including nights and weekends)
Living in (or willing to relocate to) Friesland or the greater Leeuwarden region
