Build and Scale the AI Solutions That Drive Real Business Impact

Our Technology & Innovation team is growing, and we are looking for a Data Engineer who is curious, technically driven, and eager to grow with us. As a Data Engineer, you will design and build scalable data pipelines that turn complex, high-volume datasets into reliable, production‑ready foundations for engineering and analytics. You'll be part of a true collective, working alongside consultants, data engineers, and AI specialists.

Where you'll make an impact

Data Pipeline Development & Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Work with complex, high-volume, and heterogeneous datasets, ensuring data quality, traceability, and reproducibility.
• Develop data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) that follow modern engineering and security best practices.

Technical Delivery & Tooling

• Contribute to and implement solutions using modern data engineering frameworks.
• Support projects end‑to‑end, from early discovery and design through to production deployment.

Collaboration & Collective Development

• Collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, AI engineers, and client stakeholders to co‑create solutions that work in practice.
• Share knowledge internally and contribute to ADC's thought leadership in data and AI.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, ideally gained in consulting or project‑based work
• A solid foundation in AWS/Azure/GCP, Python, data modelling, testing and monitoring in production environments
• A quantitative academic background: AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Econometrics, Data Science, Computer Science, Physics or related field
• The ability to communicate with anyone in the room, breaking down complex ideas for technical and non‑technical audiences
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: you’re eager to solve problems, innovate, and drive change
• A collaborative spirit: you believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives and supporting each other to raise the bar.
• Ability to work at the intersection of science, engineering, and business
• Fluency in English.
