Job summary

C&M Labour Supply b.v. zoekt een constructiebankwerker voor gevarieerd werk in de metaalsector, inclusief uitbesteding aan leads van industriële projecten. Je gebruikt jouw vakkennis bij samenbouw, montage en onderhoud aan metalen constructies.

Je werkt op locatie bij diverse bedrijven, met aandacht voor veiligheid en precisie. Een VMBO-diploma en Nederlandse taalbeheersing zijn vereist, mogelijk maken we een VOG en VCA-certificaat. Er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling en een vast dienstverband.

Qualifications

• Minimaal VMBO-diploma in metaalengineering, constructie, bankwezen of soortgelijk.
• In het bezit van VCA-basisveiligheidscertificaat of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen.
• Geldige Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) of bereidheid er eentje aan te vragen.
• Ervaring met constructiewerk en metaalbewerkings-technieken is een voordeel.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
• Je bent Proactief, collegiaal en kwaliteitsbewust.

Responsibilities

• Verwerken, monteren en repareren van metalen constructies.
• Je dag begint met het bekijken van planning en technische tekeningen.
• Werk aan verwerking en montage van metalen onderdelen en constructies met technieken zoals lassen, slijpen, zagen of boren.
• Gedurende de dag afstemming met uitvoerders en collega's over het werk.
• Geen dag hetzelfde: soms nieuwbouw, soms onderhoud of reparaties.
• Vakmanschap en precisie maken het verschil.

What does the job include?

As a construction bench worker, you are responsible for processing, assembling and repairing metal structures. This can range from new construction projects and maintenance work to modernization and repairs. With your expertise, you contribute to high-quality work and safe structures.
Your day starts with reviewing the planning and technical drawings, so you know exactly what needs to be done.
Next, you will work on processing and assembling metal parts and structures. You do this with various techniques, such as welding, grinding, sawing or drilling.
From time to time, you repair or modify existing structures and carry out accurate quality controls to ensure a high-quality end result.
During the day, you will meet regularly with performers and colleagues to coordinate the work properly.
No day is the same: sometimes you work on a new construction project, the other time on maintenance or repairs.
What all your days have in common is that your craftsmanship and precision make the difference.

What do you bring?

• At least a VMBO diploma in Metal Engineering, Construction, Banking or similar;
• In possession of a VCA basic safety certificate or willing to obtain it in the short term;
• A valid Statement of Conduct (VOG) or willingness to request one;
• Experience with construction work and metalworking techniques is an advantage;
• Good command of the Dutch language;
• You are proactive, collegial and quality-conscious.
