Job summary

Floryn is seeking a Compliance Officer in the Netherlands to translate regulations into scalable, business-friendly processes while balancing speed and risk. You will report to the Head of Compliance and collaborate with Risk, Product, Development, and Sales to keep the platform compliant and innovative.

You’ll drive policy drafting, risk assessments, and awareness programs in an international fintech environment, with a hybrid office-based setup in Den Bosch and international expansion

Qualifications

• Completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a broad compliance role.
• Solid foundation in Wwft and familiarity with PSD2, DORA, AVG; GaPw/GwG familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Translate laws (PSD2, DORA, Wwft, AVG, AI Act) into practical processes.
• Advise on complex CDD, KYC, and AML issues from Risk.
• Conduct checks and reviews to ensure compliance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and translate to policies or processes.
• Promote compliance awareness via training and communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address risks early.
